Sour cream or Greek yogurt | 100 gram |

In a bowl mix and beat eggs with sugar, add Greek yogurt and oil.
Add all the rest ingredients, combine. The dough must be soft like to pancakes.
Put the dough into molds and bake in the oven at 160-180 degrees, for about 25-30 minutes, depends on your oven and temperature, check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
Let the muffins cool, and decorate with whipped cream and sprinkles.
