White Chocolate Chips 75 grams
Plain Greek Yogurt 340 grams
Strawberries (chopped) 70 grams
Lime Juice 1 1/2 tsps
Mint Leaves 2 tbsps

Step 1

Gently melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave for 30 -second intervals.

Using a hand mixer, whip the yogurt in a bowl on medium speed for one to two minutes or until light and smooth. Gradually add the white chocolate until the mixture is creamy and well combined.

Divide between small glass jars, cover, and refrigerate for two hours or overnight.

Just before serving, mix the chopped strawberries with the lime juice and let it sit for five minutes. Add to the top of each serving and garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
