Avocado Oil 2 tbsps
Chickpeas (cooked and rinsed) 330 grams
Carrot (peeled, chopped) 2
Red Onion (chopped) 80 grams
Celery (chopped) 2 stalks
Broccoli (florets, chopped) 180 grams
Water 235 milliliters
Tamari 60 milliliters
Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp

Step 1

In a medium pan, over medium heat, add the avocado oil. Add the chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the carrots, onion, celery, broccoli, water and tamari. Stir to combine. Cook the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes or until everything is slightly soft, stirring every few minutes.

Divide between plates, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and enjoy!
