CRISPY CHICKEN INGREDIENTS
Chicken wings 1 kg
Spicy chips (any flavor you like)  1 large pack
Egg 3
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Salt 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Hot red pepper powder 1 tsp

Put the spicy chips, bread crumbs and spices in a food processor and pulse a few times without over-blending.

Crack the eggs into a deep plate and whisk well.

Dip each wing in the egg first. Then coat them well with the chip mixture.
